Ladies, finally a mechanic that not only doesn't cheat you, but shows you what is being done and explains it! Let me watch every step of the way. Prices were super reasonable and no wasted time. I recommend it for everyone!

West Erwin Auto is my go to spot for all of my cars. Most of the time Allen the mechanic is busy underneath a car when I pull up, and still takes the time to check on, and if easily fixed, repair the problem right then and there. I've taken multiple vehicles to him, and the job is always done quicker, faster, and cheaper than any other place I have tried and the work they do really holds up! I would recommend anyone and everyone I know to come to them before taking their car to the dealership to get ripped off. They will tell you exactly what is wrong with your car without trying to sell you any work you don't need. Hands down the best mechanics in East Texas!

Finally, I have found an auto repair shop with personnel I can trust. George and Alan are honest, courteous and transparent in what they are doing to your car. As a single woman, I have had too many negative experiences in trying to maintain my vehicles. They have fixed several persistent problems on my car and helped me maintain it with excellent check-ups. This is the place for quality service and reasonable prices. I feel blessed that a friend of mine recommended West Irwin Auto Repair to me..... five out of five stars!
